Apollo 11 Experience

Thanks to a spacer friend and Facebook, I found out about a cool website.

“In 2009 for the 40th anniversary of mankind’s first landing on the moon, the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum teamed with AOL to produce “We Choose The Moon,” an interactive program intended to cover the major highlights of the eight day mission of Apollo 11. Four years later, the site still exists and (mostly still) works for those interested in an electronic “Cliff’s Notes” version of the greatest adventure in the 20th century.” ~Jim Spellman
