Call for Papers: Human Spaceflight

Perhaps you already have some ideas for this.  Or this might serve as a catalyst for you.

The Aeronautics and Space Engineering Board of the National Academies has released a ‘Call for Papers’ essentially.

It seems to be open to anyone, anywhere.

Be aware that “White papers should be submitted no later than July 9, 2013. Papers submitted after this date may not receive full consideration by the committee.” ~Ibid.
